What to study
Use the syllabus for each selected language, domain or aptitude paper
Based on the published CUET UG 2026 scheme. Check the official bulletin, programme rules and later notices for your own application; a preparation map is not an eligibility decision. Paper choice does not override the qualifying-subject or other admission conditions of a university. Approved accessibility arrangements can affect exam time.

CUET UG FAQ
Clear answers to common preparation questions.
Must everyone take the General Aptitude Test?
No single paper combination applies to every programme. Check what your intended university requires before selecting General Aptitude or any other paper.
Can I choose a subject I did not study in Class 12?
The 2026 test-selection rules allow choices irrespective of Class 12 subjects, but university admission eligibility is separate. A paper choice cannot replace a required school qualification.
Does an NTA score automatically give me a university place?
No. Follow the participating university’s application, eligibility and admission process. NTA conducts the test; the university decides admission under its own rules.
How should I begin preparing?
Choose your actual paper combination first. Then take one topic at a time, explain the central idea, practise a small set and revise the errors that reveal a gap in understanding.
Build a clear path towards your university goal.
Choose your starting point and build understanding, one concept at a time.
