Using EveryAgeLearn

Terms of Use

EveryAgeLearn exists to help learners understand ideas, ask why and apply what they know—not just memorise answers. These terms set fair rules for learners, parents and everyone who uses the service.

Last updated: 28 August 2026

A learning-first promise

We design stories, explanations, visuals, practice and alternate solution methods to build real understanding. Scores, streaks and rankings are supporting tools; they are not the purpose of learning and should never discourage a learner.

1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using EveryAgeLearn, an adult user agrees to these Terms of Use and acknowledges our Privacy Policy. If the learner is below 18, a parent or lawful guardian must accept these terms and authorise the learner profile on the child’s behalf.

If you do not agree, do not create an account or use personalised features. Questions may be sent to [email protected].

2. What EveryAgeLearn provides

EveryAgeLearn is a service operated by EveryAge Labs Private Limited (“EveryAgeLearn”, “we”, “us”). References to EveryAgeLearn in these terms mean this company.

EveryAgeLearn provides educational stories, lessons, explanations, questions, practice, assessments, progress information and exam-preparation support. Content may adapt to age, class, board, selected examination, language, interests and relevant learning activity.

The service is intended to help learners understand concepts and practise applying them. It is not a substitute for a school, qualified teacher, professional advice or an official examination authority.

3. Accounts and child profiles

  • Provide accurate age, account-type and parent/guardian information.
  • Keep passwords, login links and verification codes private.
  • A parent or lawful guardian is responsible for creating or authorising a profile for a learner below 18.
  • A child may use an approved login or profile after parent/guardian authorisation.
  • Tell us promptly if an account may have been accessed without permission.
  • Do not create accounts in bulk, impersonate another person or bypass account protections.

4. Learning, answers and progress

Some questions may have more than one valid method or representation. For example, a learner may solve a mathematics problem through grouping, repeated addition, an array, a number line or another valid method. EveryAgeLearn may accept supported equivalent answers and suggest a simpler method where helpful.

Automatic evaluation can make mistakes. Learners and parents may report a question or answer for review. Progress summaries, levels and leaderboards are learning aids and are not official academic records.

5. AI-generated learning content

AI may help generate or adapt a story, example, explanation, question, answer review or study suggestion. The information sent to AI should be limited to the current page or activity and the minimum learner context required to make that activity suitable. Direct identity, unrelated profile details and the learner’s full history should not be included when they are unnecessary.

AI output may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable despite our safeguards. Learners should use the report feature when something appears wrong. Important examination information should be checked against the applicable official syllabus, notification or examination authority.

6. No guarantee of results or affiliation

We do not guarantee marks, grades, ranks, admission, selection, examination success or any particular learning outcome. Results depend on many factors, including practice, teaching support and the learner’s circumstances.

Unless explicitly stated, EveryAgeLearn is independent and is not endorsed by or officially affiliated with CBSE, ICSE, SSC, UPSC, a school, government body or examination authority. Names of boards and examinations are used only to describe relevant learning paths.

7. Acceptable use

You may use EveryAgeLearn for lawful personal learning and parent-supported education. You must not:

  • Harass, threaten or harm another person.
  • Upload unlawful, abusive, sexually exploitative or privacy-invasive material.
  • Share another person’s personal information without authority.
  • Cheat, manipulate rankings or falsely represent assessment results.
  • Scrape, copy or redistribute substantial parts of the service or question bank.
  • Probe security, introduce malicious code or interfere with service operation.
  • Use automated tools to create accounts or overload the service.

8. Content and intellectual property

The EveryAgeLearn name, logo, interface, original lessons, question collections, designs and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for learning; they do not transfer ownership.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give EveryAgeLearn only the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content to provide the requested service, keep it secure and comply with law. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for protected backups or records we are legally required to keep.

9. Leaderboards and community safety

Leaderboards are visible only to signed-in users of the platform; they are not public and are not indexed by search engines. A learner appears by their display name and a non-identifying preset avatar only — an uploaded photograph is never displayed on a leaderboard. A child is excluded from every leaderboard by default and appears only if a parent deliberately turns leaderboard participation on, and the parent may exclude the child again at any time. We may correct scores, remove entries or restrict accounts where there is cheating, abuse or a safety concern.

10. Consent to online educational content

By creating an account you consent to the learner's use of online educational content on EveryAgeLearn, including AI-generated stories, questions, explanations and images. Where the learner is a child, the parent or guardian who creates and manages the account gives this consent on the child's behalf. AI-generated content is reviewed against safety checks, but you understand no automated system is perfect and you can report anything of concern to us.

11. No guarantee of results

EveryAgeLearn is a learning aid. It does not guarantee any exam result, marks, rank, grade, admission or pass outcome, and no part of the service should be relied on as a promise of academic performance. Progress depends on many factors outside our control. Nothing on the platform constitutes professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

12. Free trial and paid features

New accounts include a free trial. When the trial ends, continued access requires choosing one of the fixed-duration plans. Each plan is a one-time, prepaid payment: access runs only for the purchased period and then stops until you buy another plan. Plans do not auto-renew and there is no recurring charge to cancel. Access during any period does not purchase marks, rankings, special treatment or guaranteed features. The exact price, included features, duration and refund terms are shown before a purchase is completed, and a paid plan will not start without clear confirmation. Full details are in our Pricing & Refund Policy.

13. Availability and changes

We work to keep EveryAgeLearn reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, technical problems or circumstances beyond our control. We may improve, replace or discontinue features and will provide appropriate notice when a change materially affects users.

14. Suspension and closing an account

We may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect learners, investigate misuse, comply with law or secure the service. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Users and parents may request account closure by emailing us from the registered account address.

15. Responsibility and limits

EveryAgeLearn is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, reliance on an AI-generated response, third-party service failure or unauthorised use caused by a user’s failure to protect their login. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, please email us so we have a reasonable opportunity to understand and resolve the concern. Any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights continue to apply.

17. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. We will change the date at the top and provide appropriate notice of material changes. New terms will not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen.
