Pricing & Refund Policy

How EveryAgeLearn plans are priced and billed, and when a refund applies. We use simple fixed-duration prepaid plans — you pay once for a set access period, nothing renews automatically, and the exact price is always shown before you pay.

1. Free trial

Every new account starts with a free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and no payment details are required to begin. When the trial ends, you can choose a paid plan to continue; if you do nothing, paid features simply stop until you buy a plan. The trial is not a paid subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

2. Plans and prices

Plans are sold by EveryAge Labs Private Limited, which operates EveryAgeLearn and issues all payment receipts and refunds described here.

Plans are fixed-duration and prepaid: a single payment unlocks full access for a set number of days. The exact current price of each plan is always displayed at checkout before you confirm, and a plan never starts without your explicit confirmation.

PlanPrice (one-time)Access periodRenewal
30 Days₹9930 days of full accessDoes not auto-renew — buy again to extend
90 Days₹24990 days of full accessDoes not auto-renew — buy again to extend
180 Days₹449180 days of full accessDoes not auto-renew — buy again to extend
365 Days₹799365 days of full accessDoes not auto-renew — buy again to extend

Prices above are indicative; the exact current price for each plan is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Every paid plan unlocks the same full experience — all subjects, boards, practice and progress tracking. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We may change prices for future purchases; a change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

3. Renewal and cancellation

Plans do not auto-renew and are not recurring subscriptions. When your access period ends, access stops until you choose to buy another plan — there is no automatic charge and no recurring billing to switch off. Because nothing recurs, there is no “cancellation” step: you are only ever charged once per plan you deliberately purchase. You can simply choose not to buy again, and no further payment is taken.

4. Refunds

If a payment is taken in error, is charged twice, or a plan fails to activate after a successful payment, we will refund the affected amount in full. Contact us within a reasonable time and we will investigate and correct it.

For a plan that activated correctly, access begins immediately and is consumed over the access period, so a plan already in use is generally non-refundable. If you believe your situation is exceptional (for example a genuine, promptly-reported billing problem), contact us and we will review it fairly and in line with your applicable consumer rights, which are not affected by this policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment processor. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

5. How to request a refund or raise a billing issue

Email [email protected] from the account’s registered email address. Include the account email, the plan purchased and the approximate date and amount of the payment so we can locate it quickly. We aim to acknowledge billing queries promptly.

This policy sits alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Where this page and the Terms differ on billing specifics, this page governs.
